Personalize it with your own message 45 words max, or Send us any size photo, It will be returned unharmed with your completed order. .( See a few  Sample Orders- max of 20 words with photo on cover).  Scanning is included in the address book price, and we can scan any size photo in the correct dimensions. If you are sending the image by e-mail, please be sure it is at least 4" x 6", and scanned at 150 DPI or greater. Images should be saved in a .JPG, .EPS or .TIF format and leave your name, email and full shipping address. We also do custom order to suit your needs.
